Placement Details

The students of GITCKT have worked with persistence & diligence keeping focus on their final aim at the end of Diploma i.e. Secure Placement. Placement cell is an asset of the institution & it is strong & immaculate in dispersing its duties. Umpteen reputed companies visit the college & caliber of students leave them spell bound. Consequently the placement graph has risen manifolds.

At present college has 100% placement & invite all prospective employers for campus recruitment.

Under partnership with industry the ties between the Industry and Institute are being strengthened. Since the end product of the Institution is to be used by the Textile Industry, so their participation involving need-based curriculum, Industrial training etc. is of utmost importance. MOU’S with 50 Textile and Knitting mills have been signed. Efforts are being made to have more MOU with the Textile Industries. The training and placement cell is instrumented in developing large-scale linkages with industries at the local, state and national levels. Different programmes are launched in this direction including shop floor training of students, Industrial training of faculty, placement services, consultancy services and visit of the Technocrats/Industrialists.

Almost all the students in the concerned discipline are absorbed in industries through campus interview immediately after their final exam. The training and placement cell aims at an ambitious plan to set up a centre of technology transfer in future.
